Facilities

Community Room is available to be reserved by Madeira residents. In 2026, reservations are available as an entire day ($110) or for 6 hour blocks ($55) - either 8am-2pm or 4pm-10pm. Room includes 6 round folding tables, 60 folding chairs, a refrigerator, and two indoor ADA restrooms.
