Facilities

Community Room is available to be reserved by Madeira residents. In 2025, reservations are available as an entire day ($100) or for 6 hour blocks ($50) - either 8am-2pm or 4pm-10pm. Room includes 6 round folding tables, 60 folding chairs, a refrigerator, and two indoor ADA restrooms.

***Madeira-Based Not for Profit Groups are invited to reach out to the city administration regarding special, discounted arrangements. Please call 513-561-7228 for information.

Reservations are currently being taken up to December 31, 2025. Reservations for 1/1/2026-3/31/2026 will start on October 8, 2025, with the remainder of 2026 opening on January 8, 2026.
